The Challenge
As global connectivity demands continue to rise, Ceragon sought to strengthen its network operations with a more agile, data-driven foundation.
To enhance service delivery, operational agility, and customer responsiveness, the company partnered with intive to develop a scalable and user-centric Network Digital Twin (NDT).

The NDT aimed to integrate data across planning, operational, and monitoring systems, simulate real-time scenarios for proactive maintenance and network optimization, and deliver actionable insights to reduce outages, improve performance, and support faster decision-making.

Achieving these goals required tackling several complex challenges, from aggregating and harmonizing large volumes of data across disjointed systems to ensuring real-time responsiveness while maintaining enterprise-grade security. Accurately simulating complex network behaviors across multivendor, multi-technology environments was also critical, as was transitioning from legacy systems without disrupting ongoing service commitments.
Our Solution
Technical Assessment and Design Approach

A multidisciplinary intive team including system architects, DevOps engineers, and UX designers conducted a comprehensive assessment of Ceragon s technical stack.

The evaluation focused on integration potential, architecture scalability, development velocity, maintainability, and user experience, resulting in actionable recommendations that guided the design and implementation of the NDT platform.
