Accessing, creating, and storing critical patient data in a timely manner poses significant challenges. While a piece of paper is readily available for immediate needs, uploading and retrieving data from a computer or system often leads to significant delays, further complicating the process and affecting overall efficiency.

Automating transcription process

Clini Code, created by STACKIT and intive, offers an innovative solution that addresses the documentation challenges. The core functionality of the system revolves around a streamlined process for handling handwritten notes in a clinical context. It begins with an input mechanism that allows users to upload scans of handwritten notes. Once the notes are securely uploaded, the processing phase in data protected and sovereign cloud environment kicks in, utilizing an advanced Optical Character Recognition (OCR) engine to convert the scanned images into editable text.

Standardized data usage and coding

Following this conversion, the extracted text is fed into an ICD-10-GM classification model specifically designed for medical records. This model categorizes information based on established clinical coding standards. The result of this comprehensive process is the automatic classification of medical notes, making it easier for healthcare providers to manage and utilize patient information efficiently.
