This information includes, e.g. the type of web browser, the used operating system, the domain names of your Internet service providers, etc. None of this information can be used to gather personal data, and is the same information that is generated when you access any other web page. Thus, this is not a function used exclusively by the intive Internet sites and is a common practice at almost any Internet site. This kind of information is anonymous and is evaluated statistically.
In addition to the data you provide, we also use information on how you use our offer, in order to enable the quick access of information, which may be of interest to you, and in order to constantly improve our offer.
2. Personal Data in online forms
Our pages may request personal data, such as:
for Candidates: first name, last name, e-mail address, resume (and all data provided in resume), which will be saved in our applicant management system,
for Persons recommending Candidates: first name, last name, e-mail address,
for Persons asking for contact: first name, last name, company name, country, telephone number; e-mail address, which will be used to connect you with the accurate contact in our company.

The website is not intended for the acquisition and processing of special categories of personal data (sensitive data).
However, please remember that our website is not the only source of our knowledge about you. We may e.g. obtain your personal data from third party sources, such as LinkedIn and other job sites. We maintain online presence within social networks and platforms in order to communicate with customers, prospects and users active there and to inform them about our services. Why We Use Data
1. Website Users:
We constantly seek to enhance our offer and make it more attractive. However, we can only adjust the site to your specific interests, if we know which our internet pages are the most frequently visited and for the longest amount of time.
IP addresses are used to diagnose problems, management web pages and for demographic information. When you visit our site, we only recognize your domain names, however not your e-mail address.
Your hard drive has a digital business card, called a cookie.txt (“cookie”), and is a system file. The cookie contains data, which is saved to your hard drive when a Web site is accessed. However, this data is not dangerous. The respective server is thus informed about the activities performed by the user (customer). The server contains information for identifying returning visitors; the data will exclusively be used for the duration of the visit to our sites. This enables us to tailor the contents of our Internet pages to meet your interests. However, you can also deactivate the cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Integration of services and contents of third parties
It may happen that content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are included in this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third party provider") perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of each user. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We endeavor to use only content whose respective providers use the IP address solely for the delivery of the content. However, we do not have any influence on this if the third parties provide the IP address e.g. save for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we will inform users about it.
Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (following: Google). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", ie text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on these websites, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
The purposes of the data processing are the evaluation of the use of the website and the compilation of reports on activities on the website. Based on the use of the website and the Internet, other related services will be provided. The processing is based on the legitimate interest of the website operator.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use all the features of this website to the fullest extent possible.

Using Google AdWords
Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you have reached our website via an advertisement sent by Google, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on a Google-served ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages on our website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can not be tracked through AdWords advertisers' websites. The information gathered using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users.
If you do not want to participate in the tracking, you can refuse the required setting of a cookie - for example via a browser setting that generally disables the automatic setting of cookies or sets your browser to block cookies from the domain "googleleadservices.com".
