You are a good match if you:

• Have 2+ years of working in a similar position (Sysop/DevOps/Linux Administrator/System Admin)
• Have 2+ years of experience as part of Production Support
• Have experience and knowledge with AWS (EC2, EFS, RDS, CloudWatch, Route53)
• Have hands-on experience or familiarity working with monitoring tools like APM (New Relic preferred), Error Tracking (Sentry preferred), system utilization (like Grafana)
• Have experience with Python and Shell (Bash) or at least solid familiarity with them
• Have experience of CI/CD Tools - Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform highly desired, or solid familiarity desired
• Have solid understanding of basic infrastructure concepts and usage like networking, servers, performance
• Have ability to handle production technical alert/issues and make disciplined, rational technical triage decisions as needed to resolve or escalate them
• Have very good communication skills in English

You will be responsible for:

• Support the Cloud infrastructure to improve reliability, availability and security
• Administer, maintain and support applications, and infrastructure deployed across microservices architecture
• Perform a wide variety of software/hardware configuration/maintenance and operational support tasks of many diverse back-end systems, including, but not limited to, AWS Infrastructure, Postgres/SQL databases, and various application servers
• Collaborate with various engineering peers to analyze, tune, and configure the platform infrastructure and systems
• Working in a shift-system
• Knowledge building and transfer (including travel to US)
