You are a good match if you:

• Have at least 2 years in Agile project management in a well-established, high-performing Agile software development environment with dedicated teams
• Shave strong knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks and software engineering practices, as well as traditional project management approaches
• Are familiar with Agile PM tools like Jira

You will be responsible for:

• Providing coaching around Agile frameworks and best practices for feature/project delivery, utilizing traditional project management approaches when needed
• Facilitating and/or supporting Scrum framework events for Agile teams
• Teaching and enforcing the values and principles of Agile, while promoting self-organization and constantly improving our standards of work
• Identifying, tracking, and removing impediments for feature/project and team success
• Learning, understanding, and actively using project management & ticket tracking software to effectively manage the team’s backlog and sprint-committed items
• Tracking and reporting key project metrics, informing stakeholders as appropriate
• Simplifying the creation of a well-defined product backlog
• Assisting with resource allocation and effective capacity planning for the team to determine what team can take on in any given sprint
• Monitoring sprint velocity and working with the team to determine how they can continue to improve velocity and recognize additional efficiencies as they mature
• Arbitrating and resolving conflict within the team
• Coordinating participation of different tech and business groups in requirements gathering, specifications, design, development, and implementation of key projects
• Shielding the team from outside “noise” or distracting that prohibit them from being successful
