Our sales organization is developing fast and has become global, operating across various geographies and culture. We are creating a new role inside the sales team, to support sales leaders to make smart decisions, improve sales productivity, setting standards and interact with other parts of intive’s organization. The SOM is reporting to the head of sales and supports all the sales leaders.

You are a good match if you:

• Have extensive experience with sales forecasting and operations
• Have strong management skills (people management is a must) and process-oriented mind
• Have demonstrated ability to think conceptually, using strong analytical skills
• Have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills
• Have ability to lead, influence and motivate others
• Have experience of working with geographically dispersed teams
• Have fluency in English
• Have ability to travel

You will be responsible for:

• Establish and document the sales process across the organization
• Run bid approvals, and price strategies
• Implement deal qualification mindset
• Own the price book
• Design and implement a pre-sales process in cooperation with delivery
• Define the scope of the sales tools and ensure their usage
• Establish sales forecast practices
• Provide monthly report on sales metrics to sales leaders in cooperation with finance
• Run the monthly sales calls
• Organize the yearly sales meeting
