We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team! As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence and sustainable quality in intive. You will be responsible for meeting both internal and external requirements including our customer’s expectations. The Quality manager will drive implementation, management and applicability of variety of quality best practices, like ISO 9001/27001, CMMI, VDE TISAX or PCI-DSS. The purpose of Quality Manager function is to bring the global organization to the level of excellence by introducing the dedicated programs, measures and controls.

You are a good match if you:

• Have 10+ years of professional experience with Quality Assurance Management
• Have thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Have excellent English skills (German will be an asset)
• Have the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Have great communication and interpersonal skills
• Have good time-management skills
• Have analytical and problem-solving ability
• Have planning and management skills
• Have persistence and the ability to influence others
• Have the ability to facilitate change
• Have experience in implementing, maintaining and supervising the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 program in global organizations
• Have willingness to travel

You will be responsible for:

• Implementation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System based on the ISO 9000/27000 series standards
• Implementation and maintenance of the automotive VDE TISAX requirements as well as finance PCI-DSS guidelines
• Implementation of necessary information security policies, standards, procedures and programs
• Spreading the quality awareness, trainings and other educational activities
• Cooperation with other departments and guiding strategic directions to related governance functions plus senior management
• Overseeing internal processes and procedures to ensure quality
• Providing required evidence to clients with respect to quality
• Regularly measuring the quality and suggesting corrective actions
• Investigating customers' needs and developing a strategy for meeting their needs
