You are a good match if you:

• Have at least 3+ years of (agile) project management experience and creative solutions to deliver complex technology projects, team management and international customers
• Successfully managed on the supplier side
• Have experience in controlling third-party service providers and the expectations of different stakeholders
• Know common project management methods (SCRUM, PMI/Prince2) and tools (especially Atlassian tools) and use them effectively
• Are a strong team player who enjoys working with experts and the challenge to develop and motivate the team
• Bring knowledge and interest in IT technology, market developments, trends and general willingness to travel
• Have a proven track record of successfully pitching for new business/upselling
• Manage and lead autonomously and with creative freedom projects in an agile environment
• Deal professionally and creatively with the factors of time, scope and budget in the agile setup
• Identify and manage risk factors and dependencies in your projects
• Communicate openly and transparently with customers, partners and third-party service providers
• Speak English fluently

You will be responsible for:

• Project management, in accordance with planned scope, budget and time schedule
• Project team management, coordination and support of the teams of analysts, designers, software developers and QA specialists
• Managing and growing business (upselling and profitability optimizing) with customers, within the global delivery organization
• Managing the customer expectations as well as customer satisfaction
• Cooperation with customers during project phase as well as during presales or maintenance phase
• Management of the input preparation for sales offers (solution design and cost estimation)
• Supporting customers in requirements and backlog management and controlling the prioritization of requirements
• Customer invoicing
