You are a good match if you:

- Have good communication skills - ability to express all spoken and written messages in a clear, unequivocal way
- Are an analytical person and pay attention to details
- Are experienced in product management, including feature and priority management
- Have a basic knowledge of estimation techniques
- Influence without authority
- Have the ability to quickly measure/estimate business value or impact of the feature
- Understand the principles of agile methodologies
- Have basic knowledge of at least one of the most popular agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban or similar
- Like to learn quickly to provide the best solutions on the market
- Are proactive and open-minded
- Are fluent in spoken and written English and German (C1 level)

You get extra points for:

- One of the following certificates that prove your skills: Professional Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent
- Technical background that allows working smoothly with Engineers - experience in software testing or development
- UX background that allows working with UX specialists
- Knowledge of risk and stakeholder management aspects
- Ability to estimate potential ROI for the product or feature
- Domain expertise in e-commerce

You will be responsible for:

- Collecting requirements and ideas and conveying them into Epics and Stories
- Managing the product backlog in accordance with best practices
- Setting priorities to maximize delivered value and satisfy the needs of our customers
- Setting milestones and preparing product road-maps
- Dealing with trade-offs - finding the right balance to meet users' and customers’ expectations
- Emphazising the product vision and direction to customers and the development team
- Cooperating with and managing stakeholders
- Cooperating with engineers, UX/UI designers and QA Engineers on a daily basis
- Participating in refinement and review meetings relating to the product
- Checking on overall progress
- Supporting Sales teams in talks with clients and in preparing offers
- Conducting on-site workshops with clients
