You are a good match if you:

• More than 2 years of former experience as line manager
• Leadership and people management potential
• Technical skills and/or technology insight within Enterprise Applications (backend, frontend technologies, large scale applications)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative attitude

You get extra points for:

• Some former experience as Project manager
• Former technical experience e.g. Developer (Java, .NET, Frontend, other)

You will be responsible for:

Team Leadership:
• Providing leadership and direction to one of competence teams in line with intive's strategy and customer needs
• providing coaching, managing the motivation and performance of people, giving regular feedback
• competence development and utilisation?of staff allocated to the team to ensure job rotation and minimize assignment coverage gaps
• promoting knowledge sharing in a manner that helps people to develop their competences
• recruiting and hiring talent to fill team positions - on-boarding
• reviewing pay and making pay decisions
• involving employees in decisions that affect them and giving them a voice in the business

Business Awareness:
• Tight collaboration globally with business development and project management teams
• Working as part of bid teams when replying to customer requests
• Day-to-day people management and searching for new potential business opportunities in cooperation with project Management and sales
• Engaging with other line managers across the organisation

Technology Management:
• Defining the roadmap for the technical areas assigned to your service line
• Promoting adoption of the new technologies across the company as well as knowledge exchange
• Engaging internal and external technical community to promote, learn and teach
• Active contribution in the site management team
