You are a good match if you:

- Have many years of professional experience as a Business Development Manager or Key Account Manager in project sales
- Have some leadership experience with international teams
- Have demonstrably identified, acquired and expanded new and existing customers and looked after accounts with seven-figure contract volumes
- Have know-how and a reliable network of contacts in the industrial sector: Manufacturing & Energy, Logistics & Transportation, Pharma & Healthcare
- Can set up and implement an industry strategy that can be embedded in the overall strategy of the group
- Inspire customers with your know-how and your solution-oriented approach as well as your presentation skills
- Are fluent in German and English
- Are willing to travel to different locations (mostly Europe) for 1-2 days per week to meet your team members as well as your customers

You will be responsible for:

- Conducting sales, developing a budget and devising and executing on a sales strategy for our Industrial vertical
- Developing and implementing customer strategies for new and existing customers with your team
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with new and existing customers
- Tracking and taking responsibility for the progress within the sales process, and comparing your progress against the established plan
- Continuously improving processes
- Designing and implementing performance measures to achieve the set goals
- Developing best practices for presentations and sharing them with the entire team
- Developing the sales pipeline in the Industrial vertical and being measured against the results
