Business Development Director Automotive

intive is looking for an experienced Business Development Director Automotive to join our growing sales force in Regensburg.
In an agile environment you will play a pivotal role in increasing market share of intive's services with existing and new clients in Germany. We are looking for a critical member for the European Automotive team, a leader that will raise the company’s game in a competitive and changing market.

You are a good match if you:
- Have experience with working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
- Have experience in the Automotive Business domain in direct collaboration with OEMs and Tier 1
- Are fluent in German and English
- Are an excellent negotiator
- Have a proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
- Have a proven track record of increasing revenue through the generation of sales leads
You will be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business
- Defining a customer strategy and drive its execution along with a dedicated customer team and the entire organisation
- Increasing revenue and profit to achieve the Company's ambitious growth
- Providing market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings and prospects' needs, and generating product development ideas
- Managing the customer's expectations on a business level, and support the global delivery organisation
- Handling the customer RfQ process (qualification, quotation, closure) end-to-end
