intive receives investment from Mid Europa

Mid Europa Partners (“Mid Europa”), the leading private equity investor in Central and Eastern Europe, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire intive S.A. ("intive") from Enterprise Investors. The transaction is subject to customary competition clearance and is expected to close in Q1 2019.

The new investor will allow intive to pursue its growth ambitions in Europe and globally, and continue the path of successful investments such as German iNTENCE and Argentinian intive-FDV in 2017.
