With a professional path covering areas such as recruitment, compensation and benefits strategies, company reorganization, training and development programs, and talent and performance management, the new CHRO’s work experience makes her a model candidate for guiding strategic planning of all aspects of people management in a dynamically changing, talent-driven company. She joins intive from Proto Labs, a globally recognized manufacturer of rapid prototypes and on-demand production parts, where she led the European human resources operations for 4 years.
Based at intive’s Munich headquarters, Fluß will report directly to the CEO and cooperate closely with the board on advancing the human resource programs to support the company’s business objectives.
