Munich and Buenos Aires, May 30th, 2017 - intive, a global Digital Product Development company with its roots in Europe, is investing in FDV Solutions, an Argentine software development company, to strengthen and expand its business in the American markets by adding more customers and expanding its structure. intive acquired 51 percent of the stakes in FDV Solutions from its founding partners. FDV Solutions will continue to operate the company locally, while at the same time it will jointly lead the development of projects in the North American market with its partner.

With this agreement, the FDV Solutions operation is expected to grow by more than 30 percent in terms of revenue and profit and 35 percent in staff, reaching 150 employees in 2017 (today they are more than 120 professionals). Moreover, the brands will be presented together to enhance the positioning of both companies. From now on, FDV Solutions will be called intive FDV.
