1. Set the stage
Getting to know each other is an important part of the initial stage of the project. They also tend to think in the first place about possible solutions they already know. By conducting robust interviews, UX specialists can identify latent needs (those unarticulated or to be met), Journeys and workflows and mental models (framing tasks, expectations, and experience) and come up with an exact tailored solution.

UX designers combine competencies of cognitive psychology and sociology.
