You are a good match if you:

• Are true focus on people, very relational person. Good in developing different types of relations (1 to 1; 1 to many)
• Have a can-do attitude, full of positive energy, creativity
• Are proactive, initiative and ability to turn ideas into reality
• Have very good organizational skills
• Are assertive, ready to work in a fast paced environment
• Have at least 1 year of HR experience
• Know english – B2+ level

You will be responsible for:

• Takes care for Szczecin location (>200 people) in terms of HR care and processes (onboarding, offboarding, development possibilities, etc.)
• Point of contact to talk about things. Talks to people, works with open doors, knows people by face, name, passions & competences
• Knows & updates about all procedures and changes that are going to come / are effective. Proxy role in area of HR administration (Payroll - Employees - Managers)
• Initiates local events, initiatives, internal traditions, CSR. Cares for local initiatives and internal traditions (place/convention selection, attractions/menu, person in charge during the event)
• Local HR communication management (face to face, emails, wiki, walls, posters etc.), organizes local stand-ups and meetings with Top Management
• Support Site Manager in managing location, removes bottlenecks, ensure regular progress
• Manages some HR projects, conducts soft training personally (optionally)
