Personal Data Processing for Recruitment

Information regarding the processing of Personal Data for the purpose of recruitments realized by intive S.A.U.

  1. Personal Data Controller of data contained in the submitted documents is intive S.A.U. with its registered seat in Carlos Pellegrini 887, 9th Floor, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

  2. The Controller processes Personal Data in accordance with Personal Data Protection law nr. 25.326 and other provisions of law in this regard.

  3. The Controller appointed Personal Data Inspector who may be contacted in relation to all matters related to the processing of Personal Data by means of an email address: info_ar@intive.com.

  4. The processing of Personal Data takes place on the basis of legally justified interest of the Controller for the purpose of communication.

  5. The person whose personal data is processed by the Controller has the right to access the content of their personal data, modify them, delete them and limit their processing, as well as the right to file an objection against their processing.

  6. The person whose personal information is processed by the Controller has the right to file a complaint with the Controller if he/she considers that his processing violates the provisions of the law.

  7. Personal Data processed by the Controller are not subjected to automated decision making, including profiling.

  8. Recipients of Personal Data may be solely: 
    a. The entities authorized pursuant to the provisions of law;
    b. The entities authorized pursuant to the agreements concluded by the Controller, in particular entities from the same capital group, clients of the Controller or entities from the same capital group, clients of the Controller or entities providing services for the Controller. The entities authorized pursuant to contracts concluded with the Controller may be located in the country and abroad, also in the United States of North America (in relation to this country Argentina did not note an adequate degree of protection of Personal Data, in light of which standard clauses for personal data protection were applied) and several countries within the European Union (in relation to these countries Argentina noted an adequate degree of personal data protection). In each case the processing of Personal Data shall occur in accordance with the provisions of law and upon application of measures of safety of data required by the provisions of law’;
    c. Persons who are subjects of data processing, upon submitted request. The presentation of personal data is not mandatory, nor is it derived from the provisions of the law, however, the refusal to indicate them and the lack of consent for processing by the Controller, means the lack of possibility of participation in the hiring process.
