I. General conditions

 

  1. These regulations govern the use of the intive’s Newsletter service.
  2. The Newsletter service is provided by intive Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered seat in Szczecin, at Pl. Hołdu Pruskiego 9, Szczecin 70-550, Poland, entered in the commercial register of the National Court Register by the District Court in Szczecin, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000652746, with a share capital of PLN 103,088,900.00, holding tax identification number: NIP 851-320-21-15, Regon number: 366113077, hereinafter referred to as "intive".

  4. The Newsletter service involves intive sending you, to an email address, specify information in the form of an electronic letter, hereinafter referred to as the "Newsletter".
  5. The Newsletter service is provided for an indefinite period.
  6. The Newsletter service is free of charge.
  7. The Newsletter is sent from time to time.
  8. The Newsletter contains information about intive’s offers, events participated by intive’s employees, contests organized by intive,other initiatives, i.e. CSR activities and other news about intive and its products, including opinions and suggested links.
  9. Each Newsletter contains:
    1. the subject of the mail specifying the contents of the given Newsletter,
    2. information about intive as the issuer of the Newsletter,
    3. information on how to change the subscribed email address,
    4. information on how to unsubscribe from the Newsletter service.
  10. Using the Newsletter service requires you to have a computer or other media device with access to the Internet, as well as an active email account.
  11. You may order the Newsletter service by following registration process on the website www.intive.com/insights and its subpages.
    1. entering name and e-mail address in the relevant space on the web page,
    2. agreeing to be sent commercial information at the email address specified in the form,
    3. accepting these Regulations,
    4. clicking on the button “SUBMIT”.
  12. You may, at any time, for any reason and at no cost, change the email address to which the Newsletter is sent.

     

    II. Personal data

     

  13. Providing personal data and consent to participate in the Newsletter service is voluntary and it does result from legal provisions, but refusal to provide them and the lack of consent to their processing by intive means that the Newsletter service can not be provided
  14. No other personal data is required than your name and e-mail address and data processing is subject to your consent.
  15. Personal data is used to set up your profile and to allow the content of the Newsletter to be adjusted to best suit your needs.
  16. The controller of your personal data provided in connection with the Newsletter service is intive.
  17. intive processes personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 from 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as: GDPR and other provisions of the law in this scope.
  18. intive has appointed Data Protection Officer who may be contacted regarding matters related to the processing of Personal Data by means of the email address: dpo@intive.com.
  19. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219) and
    1. occurs on the basis of consent for the processing of personal data (pursuant to art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) for the purposes of your participation in the Newsletter service until you withdraw your consent and
    2. in the event of a legitimate interest of intive (pursuant to art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), for the purpose of determining, pursuing or defending against claims and for a period of 5 years from the end of the period indicated in points 1). 
  20. You have the right to withdraw the consent for the processing at any time without impact on the compliance with law of the processing, which had been made pursuant to the consent granted prior to its withdrawal by clicking on the link in the footer of each Newsletter and follow the instructions provided.
  21. You have the right to access your personal data, as well as to rectify them, delete them, limit their processing, as well as the right to data portability.
  22. In relation with the processing of personal data conducted by us, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
  23. Based on your personal data, intive will not make automated decisions, including decisions that result from profiling based on the customer’s personal data.
  24. The recipients of Personal Data may only be:
    1. entities authorized pursuant to the provisions of the law,
    2. entities authorized on the basis of contracts concluded by intive, in particular companies that provide serves for us in the area of ICT, as well as our affiliates, i.e. intive GmbH.
    3. you.
  25. intive will not transfer personal data to third countries.

     

    III. Final provisions

     

  26. intive reserves the right to change the Regulations.
  27. intive will announce changes to the Regulations on the website www.intive.com/privacy-policy.
  28. The changed Regulations will be binding on you if you do not unsubscribe from the Newsletter service within 14 days from the date of a change.
  29. These Regulations are available free of charge at https://www.intive.com/privacy-policy. in a form that allows you to open them using your media device.
